Contingency Search
Based on your requirements, we conduct an in-depth search for the right candidate, typically presenting several for you to choose from. Payment is only due upon hire and the fee can be further reduced by paying a small engagement fee.
Contract Staffing
Allows you to bring in professional-level employees for a specific length of time or for a specific project. We utilize Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. as our administrative back office. The contractor is not your employee, freeing you from dealing with payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, payroll and unemployment liabilities.
